You definitely can!
I'd advise doing the 1 1/2 X the recipe, so you have enough so you don't stress about running out of dough.
This one is great, because if it tears or is lopsided, you can patch it in two seconds and sort of pat it back together over the crack/seam.
I hope it works out well for you. :)
