ISO: Good Peanut Butter Cookies

Anyone have a good, non-crumbly peanut butter cookie recipe that they'd care to share?

How do you feel about combination cookies? I have a really nice pb/oatmeal/choc chip cookie recipe that people ate up at my going away party (figuratively and literally). It holds together well.

My favorite holds together well, and it's the easiest thing on the planet. No refrigeration, no sacrifices to minor deities, and no hard feelings. (It's easier to do this by *not* doubling the recipe; it doesn't turn out as well.)

I've substituted multiple ingredients--all that really matters is that there's *some form* of nut butter, and egg.

1 cup peanut butter, one cup sugar, an egg, and a teaspoon of baking powder. Cream the sugar and peanut butter together (by hand; do not ask me why it has to be by hand, but it *works*) and then mix in the rest of the ingredients and bake for ten minutes at 350. Then let cool for five to ten minutes.
