Tuxedo Bar Brownies

Very rich and delicious. This recipe can be halved if you want a smaller batch.
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup salted butter
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp boiling water
4 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325F
Combine flour and baking soda, set aside.
In saucepan melt butter and 2 cups chocolate chips, remove from heat.
Beat sugar into chocolate, add vanilla.
Add boiling water, then add eggs, one at a time.
Beat in flour mix.
Mix in chips (white and semi sweet)
Pour into greased pan and bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean*
*baking period tends to vary with this recipe-so watch closely until you know how your oven takes to this recipe.
