Genau, mit "cream" meine ich Schlagsahne! Man schlägt die also steif und fügt sie dann dem Schmand hinzu. Ich kenne tatsächlich leider kein anderes Wort für Sahne, habe aber jetzt nochmal nachgeschlagen und eine präzisere Version ist scheinbar "whipping cream" -- oh, dann hätte ich wohl "whip cream..." statt "beat" benutzen sollen. ^^;
Ich hab mal in dein Journal rübergespitzt -- wäre es ok, wenn ich es abonniere?
